The Client Portal offers a secure, centralized place where you can interact with your provider and manage your care online. You can use the Client Portal to manage appointments, complete paperwork, make payments, and securely message your provider.

THE CLIENT PORTAL IS NOT TO BE USED FOR EMERGENCY SITUATIONS
If you are experiencing symptoms like shortness of breath, chest pain, dizziness, weakness, confusion, high fever, sudden or major bleeding, are thinking about harming yourself or others, or are experiencing any other physical or mental symptoms that might suggest a serious condition or life threatening emergency, IMMEDIATELY visit the nearest hospital Emergency Room or call 911, 988, or any other applicable emergency number IMMEDIATELY.
When viewing the Client Portal on a web browser, you’ll see 3 tabs:
Appointments, where you can:
Manage your upcoming appointments
Request new appointments
Billing & Payments, where you can:
View your billing documents and payment history
Pay your balance or individual invoices
Add your payment details
Documents, where you can:
Complete pending documents
Upload documents to share with your clinician
Access documents uploaded by our staff
You can also send your clinician a secure HIPAA compliant message by clicking the chat bubble icon in the top right.
Current Clients - Requesting a Sign-In Link
To request a new sign-in link:
Navigate to your clinician's Client Portal
Select I’m an Existing Client
Make sure to choose I’m an Existing Client if a clinician has granted you Client Portal access, even if you’re logging in before your first appointment.
Enter the email address associated with your Client Portal
Select Send Link
New Clients - Requesting Services
If you’re a new client, you can request a consultation appointment from the Client Portal or call our offices at 505-226-0575.
We recommend that you take a moment to view our Providers page under About Us to see a list of clinicians, their areas of practice, and their accepted insurances. While there may be multiple clinicians that meet your needs, selection may be based on availability and licensure/insurance requirements.
From the clinician’s Client Portal, click I’m a New Client.
Note: If you’ve already been granted Client Portal access by a clinician, select I’m an Existing Client to sign in.
Select the service "Initial Consultation - No Charge"
Select a location for the appointment (In Office or Telehealth for phone or video)
Choose from the available dates and times and specify who the appointment is for, then click Next
Enter your name and contact information, as well as the information of anyone else who will be joining the appointment.
Click Request Appointment
Your request will be sent to the provider and you’ll see a confirmation screen, where you can view the appointment details, add the appointment to your personal calendar, or cancel your request. You’ll be notified by email when the provider accepts or declines your request.
